Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Napa, California. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 23,000-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Napa County Public Works is soliciting proposals from qualified design teams interested in providing animal shelter-specialized architectural and engineering services for the purposes of expanding the existing facility. The shelter expansion will be completed in Phases: the planning feasibility study will be completed ahead of the shelter expansion design and construction. Napa County will follow a Qualifications Based Selection process as required by California General Statutes. Question Submission Deadline:September 2, 2026, 12:00pm The County reserves the right to request additional information not included in this RFQ from any or all proposers after the Response Submission deadline. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
