The Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility (BRWRF) Phase 3 - Package 2 Project includes expansion of the secondary treatment system and a new Solids Facility that includes Sludge Storage, Dewatering, and Thermal Drying to upgrade BRWRF biosolids production to Class A dried pellets. The Project also includes new Chemical, Odor Control, Plant Waste Basin, Sludge Receiving, and Digester Gas Conditioning Facilities along with modifications to the existing Membrane Filtration, Digester/Thickening, and Chemical Facilities.
