Santa Rosa County is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the construction of roadway capacity, safety, drainage, utility, and multimodal improvements along Woodbine Road from Vinewood Lane to the PARA Park. The project will expand the existing three-lane roadway, consisting generally of two travel lanes and a center turn lane, to a four-lane urban roadway section. All work shall be completed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, permits, utility requirements, applicable FDOT standards, Santa Rosa County requirements, Pace Water System standards, and all other applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, testing, temporary facilities, traffic control , permits assigned to the Contractor, documentation, and incidentals necessary to provide complete and fully operational roadway and water system improvements. The anticipated contract award is anticipated for December 2026 or January 2027, with construction beginning after execution of the contract and issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
