Removal and replacement of existing mortar bed, waterproofing, ceramic tiles, and grout throughout the main tank and adjacent deck areas; removal, refurbishment, and re-installation of springboards; supply and installation of replacement pool stair railings; removal and replacement of pool system plumbing fixtures, deck floor drains, and pool area grounding system; concrete repairs to pool deck, tank walls, floor, and diving platforms; removal of guard rails and replacement with stainless steel guard rails and glazing; abatement procedures for PCB-containing sealant, lead-based paint, and silica materials.
