General Construction Removal and dispose of all items related to this scope of work, as per specifications, throughout the exterior or interior of unit, including but not limited to garbage, any items being replaced or removed, any excess or remaining construction related materials, and other miscellaneous items. Items to be disposed of at an approved disposal facility. Secure and tighten all hinges, hardware, knobs, pulls, handrails, rods, shelves, etc. throughout unit. .3 Apply lubricant to all window hardware to make fully operable. Ensure that all crevices & seams of windows are cleaned and free of dirt / debris. .4 Clean all exterior and interior vents and hoods; ensure clear of all lint and debris. .5 Replace flex dryer ductwork with rigid, to exterior vent hood. .6 All light fixtures to have new bulbs installed.
