Demolition and removal of all buildings, fences, pavement, landscape material, debris, furnishings, trash, equipment, and utilities. Limits of Work: Refer to Exhibit A: Base Floor Plan and Exhibit B: Aerial Site Plan Demolition Area: +/- 11,117 SF Building Area: +/- 2,000 SF This scope includes the demolition/removal of all buildings, fences, pavement, landscape material, debris, furnishings, trash, equipment, above ground utilities etc. within the project limits identified in Exhibits A and B. The resulting site shall be graded flat, level and smooth with the existing site. The scope does not include the removal of foundations or underground utilities. The scope does not include cut or fill. No above ground utilities or equipment associated with the demolished buildings shall remain on site. The contractor is responsible for coordinating the decommission and removal of all above ground utilities associated with the existing buildings within the demolition extents including but not limited to water, sewer, electrical, communications and gas . The projects extents shall be clear and free of all above ground structures, equipment, debris, trash , gravel , utilities, pavement, and landscaping and graded smooth to native soil at project close out. 1. The contractor shall removal everything from the site within the limits of demolition including but not limited to fencing, vegetation, structures, pavement, trash, gravel, debris, furnishings, equipment and above ground utilities. 2. The contractor shall decommission, remove and dispose of all associated utilities within the demolition extents and any above ground lines serving the buildings within the demolition extents that may extend beyond the limits of demolition. a. Demolish, disconnect, cap, plug, or remove all utility services associated with the buildings, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, electrical, telecommunications, cable, and any other above- or below-ground utility connections. b. Remove utility lines, conduits, meters, vaults, transformers, appurtenances, and service components to the limits shown on the plans or as necessary to fully remove the decommissioned service from the site. c. Coordinate all utility disconnections with the respective utility providers prior to demolition. d. Properly terminate all utilities in accordance with applicable codes and utility owner requirements. 3. After demolition and removal of above-grade structures provide a smooth finished grade. Finished surfaces shall be smooth, stable, and provide positive drainage without ponding. a. All pavement shall be removed. b. Eliminate depressions, abrupt grade changes, and uneven surfaces
