Apply a spray on pipe liner inside of an existing corrugated metal pipe. Contractor shall provide a cementitious sprayed-on pipe liner on the inside of the existing corrugated metal pipe. At the time of bid submission, Bidder shall hold at minimum a Class A Contractor's license from the State Board of Contractors with a Highway/Heavy classification, unless the bidder is not currently licensed by the State Board of Contractors, then the bidder is exempt from this requirement pursuant to Code of Virginia 54.1-1101 (A)(4). B. The work shall include; 1. Stream diversion, de-watering, cofferdams and all incidentals required to perform work in the dry. 2. Clearing debris and obstructions. 3. Disposing of any material cleaned/removed from the host pipe. 4. Cleaning and preparation of the host culvert including furnishing and placing material in holes and voids. Materials placed in holes and voids must be approved by the contract administrator prior to use. 5. Placing flowable fill OR grout in undermined areas (See Attachment G Madison Pipe Sketch) * Flowable fill must be a VDOT approved mix design from a VDOT pre-approved concrete plant.
