Provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, technical support, and other services necessary to perform a 10-year maintenance of the 1096 circuit breaker at the Olinda Substation and to repair an SF6 leak. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW), applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requirements, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The contractor shall furnish all resources required to complete the maintenance and repair activities and ensure the equipment is returned to proper operating condition. Technical Assistance on 10-year maintenance program and Leak Repair Provide technical assistance on ten (10) year maintenance program. One (1) Factory Field Service Engineer to technically assist on site to perform 10-year maintenance on one (1), 550PM 40/30 serial #: 100270-02 (Hitachi/ABB) and SF6 leak repair. Service is estimated to require eight days. Technically Assist the local crew and provide "Best Practice" recommendations. 550PM Seal Kit with Porcel for one pole.
