Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Walpole, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Questions Due: 9/4/2026 @ 5:00pm to Cameron Durocher Superintendent - Building Maintenance In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, removing the asphalt shingle roof and installing a new asphalt shingle roof Walpole High School located at 275 Common Street in Walpole, MA. The Town will execute the Work of the DPW Pre-Engineered Building during the spring of 2027. The Contractor will start work on site during March of 2027 and project will be complete by April 2027. The Contractor will be required to coordinate the timing and extent of this work on a daily basis with the Town of Walpole Building Maintenance Department. It is expected that exterior site areas, interior areas, roof, and the building façade will be swept and cleaned of dust / debris at the end of each work day. G.C. will be required to provide the Town with a detailed schedule and work plan for approval prior to commencing the work. Access to the work area shall be from the building and rigging. The site and adjacent properties/roadways shall not be used for aerial lifts.
