Provide all labor, materials, equipment, demolition, construction, installation, utility connections, and related services necessary to renovate the reception area of the Outdoor Recreation (ODR) facility. Work includes complete demolition of the existing front desk and installation of a new ADA-compliant L-shaped reception counter with a seamless 100% acrylic surface, including two 42-inch-high transaction counters and one 30-inch-high accessible section. The project also includes installation of a structured three-tier rear storage system consisting of lockable lower cabinets, a middle whiteboard section, and open overhead shelving. Additional work includes installation of two ski desks, routing and installation of supporting electrical conduits, and completion of required plumbing utility connections. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and in a manner that minimizes disruption to ongoing facility operations.
