Renovation of a mixed-use development in Palo Alto, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related construction services necessary to replace the existing epoxy flooring in the canteen food service area to address safety and infection control concerns. Work includes removal and replacement of the epoxy floor in Building 101 Canteen Food Service Area, as well as moving, protecting, storing, and reinstalling furniture, fixtures, and equipment as required to facilitate the flooring replacement. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and ensure safe and proper operation of the completed installation. The project is anticipated to be completed within 45 consecutive calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Magnitude of Construction for this project is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
