Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Rensselaer, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of September 28, 2026, the project was awarded to Daisy Ventures NY, INC but the awarded amount is not available. Electric rough-in and finish work at 332 Ninth Street. 332 Ninth Street Electrical Scope of work: o Supply and Install all new electrical wiring, switches, and outlets for both units. o Supply and install - Include interior and exterior lighting as specified in plans. o Supply Smoke and CO detectors to be installed per NYS Building Code. Supply and Install new devices (switches and outlets) light fixtures throughout all two units per layout. Supply and Install new circuits as needed per architectural plans. o Supply and Install new interconnected smoke detector and co detectors Inspections to be done by 3rd party inspectors paid for by contractor. Supply and Install new kitchen circuits as specified by plans. Install new washer/dryer outlets, dishwasher outlets, hot water tank circuits, etc. Supply and Install the circuits for the 2 independent heating systems. o Supply and Install bathroom fans o Supply and Install new stainless steel hood vents. o See finishes in the RFP on the NYSCR and www.troycommunitylandbank.org/workwithus
