Site work and renovation of a power facility in Redding, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

The City of Redding Electric Utility (REU) wishes to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to perform work to replace two (2) GSU transformers low voltage and neutral bushings and install one set of high voltage bushings at the Substation Bay 6 & 7, located at the Redding Power Plant. Site address is 17120 Clear Creek Road in Redding, California. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, tools, and equipment to perform all the work required in the Scope of Work below in a good and workmanlike manner, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, and to the satisfaction of the project manager as stated herein. REU will provide new high voltage bushings for Bay 6 GSU to be installed by contractor during this project. Both transformers will be removed from service prior to start of work, work can immediately commence on second unit upon completion of first unit.
