Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Limit - Chestnut Street to McMillan Street The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life. Perpetuation project to repair the pavement of approximately 4.05 miles of STH 13 (Veterans Parkway) between Chestnut Street and McMillan Street, in Wood and Marathon Counties. Design concrete pavement joint repairs (transverse joint, longitudinal joint, and larger replacements). Additional work includes evaluating curb ramps and designing to current standards or documenting as technically infeasible. Aeronautic and railroad coordination is anticipated (no work anticipated on railroad crossings) Anticipated Construction Cost: $1,000,000-$1,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
