Decommissioning of Pratt & Whitney FT4A9 equipment. Bid Line Item # 1 - Supply of Pratt & Whitney FT4A9 Gas Turbine $ Bid Line Item # 2 - Supply of EM Synchronous Generator Bid Line Item #3 - Supply of Associated Equipment Bid Line Item #4 - Cost of Labor and Materials Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Mobilization shall begin on February 1st, 2027. Project shall be completed no later than April 30th, 2027. Equipment Removal Carefully decommission and remove the Pratt & Whitney FT4A9 gas turbine (complete package, including all attached skids, piping, package enclosures and accessories). Carefully decommission and remove the Electric Machinery (EM) synchronous generator (complete unit). Remove and dispose of all oil and lubricating oil. Remove all equipment, wiring, controls, panels, and the main breaker located inside the control house. Remove the existing air compressor and associated pressure vessel. PMLP will bleed off pressure vessel before removal. Demolition & Removal During Demolition & Removal, care should be taken to not disturb or compromise the existing ground grid throughout the site. If the ground grid is compromised at any time, PMLP shall be immediately alerted before the contractor makes approved repairs. Complete demolition of the control- house building (floor, walls, roof, and all structural components) down to and including the top of the existing foundation. The foundation itself shall remain in place. The TransData revenue meter will be retained by PMLP. All debris, concrete, rebar, and non-salvageable materials shall be removed from the site and lawfully disposed of or recycled and include certificates of disposal. Remove all associated piping, conduit, cable trays, and minor structures connected to the turbine, generator, and control house (excluding the battery enclosure and the separate shed). Evacuate liquid fuel supply and return lines from package to "GT1 fuel house" roughly 80' then excavate and remove liquid fuel supply and return lines plus associated leak detection equipment then backfill as needed. PMLP will disconnect leak detection.
