Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Delano, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 512-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Furnishing all labor and materials for, but not necessarily limited to providing sealed design plans and construction of a 16' wide x 32' long x 16' high salt shed. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be directed in written form, by fax or e-mail, to the Owners Representative. Interpretations, or clarifications, considered necessary by Engineer or Owners Representative in response to such questions, will be issued by Addenda, mailed or faxed to all parties recorded by Owners Representative as having purchased the Bidding Documents and, if applicable, been present at the pre-bid meeting and site visit (if mandatory). Questions received later than ten calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids, or the deadline
