Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Christopher, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Demolition and removal of structure, removal of foundations and concrete, disposal of debris, property grading, and seeding. SCOPE OF WORK The successful bidder shall: 1. Obtain any required permits and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 2. Comply with all applicable Illinois JULIE requirements and laws before beginning any demolition, excavation, or other work that may affect underground utilities. 3. Not begin excavation or other work until the required utility locates have been completed and properly marked. 4. Properly disconnect or coordinate the disconnection of all utilities before demolition. 5. Demolish and completely remove the structure and all demolition debris from the property. 6. Remove foundations, concrete, and other debris as required by the City. 7. Properly dispose of all materials and debris at an approved disposal facility. 8. Grade and level the property upon completion. 9. Seed and straw all disturbed areas. 10. Leave the property in a clean and safe condition. 11. Be responsible for all equipment, labor, hauling, disposal fees, permits, utility locates, and other costs necessary to complete the project. 12. Be responsible for protecting all underground utilities and facilities. 13. Immediately notify the appropriate utility owner and the City of Christopher of any damage to underground utilities.
