Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pleasant Hill, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. There are two rooftop packaged units with gas fired heat (AC-6 and AC-7) to be replaced. AC-7 is a single zone unit. AC- 6 serves (6) VVT zones, each with a cooling only VAV box. The VVT system also includes a bypass damper. The units shall each be replaced with a heat pump unit and new ALC controls. 2. Lock and Tag Out Electrical. 3. Remove existing electrical disconnects and save for reuse. 4. Recover existing refrigerant. 5. Disconnect existing AC units from existing ductwork and piping connections. 6. Remove existing AC units. 7. Cap existing gas line at the roof Question Deadline 09/03/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Remove and dispose 2 existing rooftop HVAC units AC-6 and AC-7. Install two new 7.5-ton heat pump rooftop units and make all ductwork, piping and electrical connections as needed.
