Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hampton Bays, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 62,329-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work to be performed under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals required to perform the proposed construction as indicated in the Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawings and/or as approved by the Town's Designated Representative. In general, the work shall include, but not be limited to, the following 1 . Mobilization 2. Furnish, Install and Maintain Soil Erosion & Sediment Control practices as depicted and/or described in the Contract Documents 3. Temporary Protection and Fencing 4. Excavation and removal of miscellaneous site debris, backfilling and compaction as required for the installation of all site appurtenances. Additionally, any required incidental dredging and removal of adjacent debris near bulkhead area. This work shall include any overcut and backfill associated with poor soils encountered during installation. 5. Site Preparation , Sub-grade preparation and grading to the lines, levels, and grades depicted and/or described in the Contract Documents and/or as directed by the Town's Designated Representative 6. Provide electrical inspection certificate for all electrical work (UL Certificate). Note: all electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician and performed in accordance with Town standards, NEC requirements, and PSEG requirements. Contractor responsible for any and all required coordination with PSEG. 7. Furnish and install low-sill bulkhead, full height vinyl bulkhead and stone retaining wall . 8. Furnish and install proposed pavilion building. 9. Furnish and install walking paths and parking area. 10. Furnish and install site lighting. 11. Furnish and install site plantings and remaining site appurtenances. 12. Furnish, Install, Compact, Rough Grade and Final Grade disturbed areas to finished grade; 13. Required restoration The site of the proposed general construction for Penny Park is located at 20 Shinnecock Road, Hampton Bays, NY 11946 in the Town of Southampton, County of Suffolk and State of New York and more particularly shown on the Contract Drawings.
