Any value engineering or changes to suggest, should be done as an add/deduct alt amount with new specification. Location- 4845 Broadway Blvd Garland, TX 75043 The City's estimated construction budget is approximately $1,950,000.00. Construction services for the library facility renovation and improvements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive informalities or irregularities as permitted by law, request clarifications, conduct discussions or negotiations, and take any other action permitted by the solicitation and applicable law. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal exceeding available funding or to determine that such proposal is not eligible for further evaluation.
