The work primarily includes, but not limited to, removal of existing pull boxes, replacement of conduit sweeps, new pull box installation and replacement of concrete panels. The work primarily includes, but not limited to, disconnecting existing equipment in existing cabinet and poles, removing existing wires and replacing with cabling as noted on the as-built markups, and finalizing all connections and ensuring proper operation of signal .
