Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Woodstock, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the purpose of constructing an 8-foot multi-use trail & stormwater drainage improvements along Rope Mill Road from Inwood Walk North to across from Camelia Place, as well as a traffic calming island, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". This includes but is not limited to concrete sidewalk installation, road widening, curb & gutter, storm drainpipe, catch basins, driveway reconstruction and thermoplastic striping. All work shall conform to Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and City of Woodstock standards. The project is expected to be completed within 90 days of issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
