Demolition, site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for the demolition of a fire / police facility.
Complete turnkey demolition of two (2) existing boilers and furnishing, installation, connection, testing, flushing, start-up, commissioning , State inspection, and closeout of two (2 ) new Lochinvar CREST FBN1501 condensing boilers with a new concrete equipment platform, venting, combustion air, and controls integrated to the City's existing BACnet building management system, all as specified in Section V. It shall be understood and agreed by the Contractor that the work herein described shall be completed in every detail , even though every item involved is not specifically mentioned. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the completion of the work intended and described. Turnkey replacement of two existing gas-fired hydronic heating boilers including demolition and disposal, installation of new high-efficiency condensing boilers, venting, electrical upgrades, controls integration, piping, gas work, condensate, and concrete platform replacement.
