The work to be performed generally includes: The Well R4 electrical system is approaching the end of its reliable service life and requires replacement. The project includes demolition of existing equipment and targeted upgrades, including reuse of the existing utility transformer while providing a new service entrance main, manual transfer switch, distribution equipment, soft starter, and lighting panels. Scope also includes replacement of lighting and receptacles, along with miscellaneous process improvements. Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis. The award may be on the basis of the base bid or of the alternate bid. Bonds: Certified Check required, Bid Bond required (unspecified amount), Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount), Maintenance Bond required (unspecified amount).
