Reference Number 0000434451 Weld County School District RE-5J (District) is requesting proposals from qualified fire alarm contractors for a complete fire alarm system replacement and upgrade at Pioneer Ridge Elementary School, 2300 Cinnamon Teal Ave, Johnstown, Colorado 80534. The existing Johnson Controls fire alarm system is aging and has significant equipment availability, serviceability, and support concerns. The District seeks a reliable, maintainable, code-compliant replacement system with voice evacuation capability. This is an active life-safety project, and the District intends to proceed as quickly as reasonably possible following award. The successful proposer shall provide a turnkey solution, including all engineering, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, programming, permits, testing, documentation, coordination, and incidental work reasonably necessary for a complete and operational system, except for items specifically identified as exclusions in the proposal.
