Demolish all existing HVAC systems serving the building. Provide a new mini-split systems to serve all building spaces with all new outdoor heat pump units to be located on the roof. Demolish and replace (2) roof mounted outside air units and (2) roof mounted exhaust fans like for like. Provide new electrical infrastructure to support new equipment. Demolish and replace roofing material in its entirety. Demolish portions of ceiling and utility chase walls for access to MEP scope of work. Replace ceilings and walls like for like upon completion of MEP work.
