The City of Princeton, Texas, is seeking qualified Design-Build teams to provide comprehensive design and construction services for the renovation, modernization, and refresh of the Lois Nelson Public Library. The City is committed to enhancing this important community asset by creating a welcoming, functional, and innovative environment that supports lifelong learning, technology access, collaboration, and community engagement. This public work to perform design services to expand the existing Lois Nelson Public Library Expansion, the Project, will be a two-step process. The evaluation committee may choose to interview up to five, one, or no respondents. Evaluators shall only make their evaluation based on the information submitted in response to this solicitation. The most qualified respondent shall be selected first using a specific set of criteria outlined in the solicitation, then the highest scored respondents digital envelope listing its submitted price shall be opened.
