Provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to remove existing epoxy paint from the designated Upstream Stairs and Control Tower Platform. The Upstream Stairs are approximately 165 feet in length and 7 feet wide, including the knee wall. The Control Tower Platform is approximately 27,432 square feet. Any pressurized propellant used during the paint removal process shall be limited to water or sand. Following removal of the epoxy paint from the concrete surfaces, responsibility includes containment, collection, and cleanup of all paint debris. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Scope of Work and all applicable terms, clauses, and conditions.
