Construction of a concrete pad and erection of an equipment lean-to structure. The project scope shall include required permitting through the Springville City Building Department, concrete engineering for a rebar reinforced 6'' concrete pad sufficient for the weight of power equipment, a finished concrete slab-on-grade with approach, and the erection of a prepurchased metal building to manufacturer requirements. All work must be completed to the highest construction standards. The project will consist of constructing a concrete pad and erecting a pre-purchased metal building. Project will include customer communications to discuss said construction, completion of the concrete pad and pre-purchased metal building in their entirety, and timely invoicing for payment. Work may include, but not be limited to: Mobilization Set-up at site Concrete pad layout, including stakes Concrete pad construction, including rebar and pad flat work with appropriate approach.
