The Consultant shall perform professional and technical services required for Roadway Construction Services, on an on-call "as-needed" basis to support Caltrans, Division of Construction, District 7, in the construction phase of proposed Caltrans transportation facilities. The following services are being requested in this Roadway Construction Services On-Call Contract ("Contract"): A - Roadway Construction Inspection and Office Engineering B - (Omitted from this contract) C - Landscape Architectural Construction Inspection D - Construction Claims Support E - Construction Scheduling / Critical Path Method ("CPM") F - (Omitted from this contract) G - (Omitted from this contract) H - Roadway Construction Management - Consultant Resident Engineer Question Deadline 09/11/2026 Questions concerning this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must be submitted in writing to the attention of Adam Matheny at Adam.Matheny@dot.ca.gov. Questions must be received no later than seven (7) business days after the RFQ advertisement. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway. The estimated contract amount is $10,400,000.00 - $16,900,000.00.
