Site work and renovation of a stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Renovation of Gainbridge Fieldhouse classified by the International Building code as a Use Group A-4 (Arena) occupancy using construction Type I-A. The Corner Suite Renovation is projected to take place. The Work shall be conducted in one (1 ) phase: 1 . Gainbridge Fieldhouse renovation of the Suite Lounge 4A1.02, Suite Lounge 4B11.02, Suite Lounge 4C15.02, and Suite Lounge 4D25.03 to accommodate new Corner Suites. Scope of work will consist of selective demolition to walls, finishes, fixtures, ceilings and associated MEP. The Corner Suites will include new walls, fixtures, finishes, ceilings, and MEP as required. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required Deadline for submittal of questions : 9/18/26 Any Bidder having questions regarding, or requiring clarification or interpretation of, the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall be delivered to the Design Professional and Owner .
