The Central Avenue Retail Project consists of development of a new commercial retail center in Riverside County. The project includes three commercial buildings totaling approximately 12,000 square feet and will feature a convenience market with a Type 21 (Off-Sale Beer, Wine & Spirits) license, a drive-through restaurant, retail tenant spaces, second-floor office space, parking, landscaping, and associated site improvements. The western portion of the property, including an arroyo and existing trees, will remain undisturbed and fenced off from the developed area.
