Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Laredo, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of 9/8/2026, due to revision of scope of work and missing specifications owner will have to cancel the RFP 2026-068 Liner Installation Project Ponderosa Compost and will not be moving forward with this project at this time. However, in a future date we will be posting a new updated solicitation. Liner installation at Ponderosa Compost facility for solid waste management.
