Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Condenser water piping modifications, including removal and replacement of existing condenser water piping components and associated support systems. Work shall include providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related construction services necessary to complete the modifications in accordance with project requirements. The project is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS Code 236220 and is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. RFI's are due NLT 9/03/2026 at 12:00pm. RFIs shall be emailed to stephen.gulotta@va.gov and cheryl.roberts2@va.gov. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 30 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
