Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a road / highway in Lemont, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.

he Project includes the following Work: Hot-mix asphalt (HMA) pavement patching, HMA pavement milling and resurfacing, aggregate shoulder repair, and culvert removal and replacement on Maple Avenue, West Hickory Avenue, Da Vinci Street, Angelico Street, El Greco Street, and Raphael Street. Alternative Bid No. 1 includes HMA pavement patching, HMA pavement milling and resurfacing, storm inlet adjustments and curb and gutter remove and replace on Fox Lane and Fox Hollow. Alternative Bid No. 2 includes the addition of HMA reinforcing fibers for HMA surface course for the streets included in the Base Bid. The estimated quantities listed are not guaranteed and are solely for the purpose of comparison of Bids. The final payment for all Unit Price Bid items will be based on actual quantities. Question Deadline 08/26/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing.
