Tree clearing, storm sewer construction, pond construction, grading, erosion control, and wet well construction for two new irrigation ponds. Question deadline - 9/2/2026 5.00 PM Questions must be submitted through online The work includes tree clearing, golf course green, tee, fairway & bunker construction; pond construction, drainage, cart path paving, irrigation , grassing and installation of a new pump station . This project includes two separate contracts. The work included in Phase 1a, project name Green Haven Golf Course Mass Grading, will be included in one contract and Phase's 1b, 2 , and 3 , project name Green Haven Golf Course Renovation Project, will be included in a separate contract. The construction time for each phase is as follows: Green Haven Golf Course - Mass Grading Phase 1a (fall/winter 2026 & spring 2027): Pond construction including a clay liner, rough grading of two golf holes and wet well installation. Green Haven Golf Course Renovation Project Phase 1b (spring/summer 2027): Finish construction of two new holes and new pump station installation. Phase 2: (fall 2027 & spring 2028): rebuild bunkers & tees; cart path paving. Phase 3: (summer 2028): Construct new driving range, putting and chipping greens and rebuild two greens.
