Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Beaufort, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Replacement of seven floating dock segments, each eight feet wide by twenty feet long, at the Broad River Boat Landing while retaining existing concrete piles. All questions must be submitted through the Procurement Portal no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Broad River Boat Landing is a public access amenity managed by Beaufort County and is located at 1050 Robert Smalls Parkway, Beaufort, SC 29906. The facility consists of an approximately 140 ft long by 8 ft wide L-shaped floating courtesy dock and an approximately 32 ft wide, two-lane concrete boat ramp with a concrete approach . The floating courtesy dock consists of (7) aluminum framed dock segments with aluminum decking. The courtesy dock is supported by ( 10) internally guided 14 in . square concrete piles. The shoreline adjacent to the facility is protected by riprap. For reporting purposes, dock segments are labeled numerically, and piles are labeled alphabetically in accordance with the inspection plan.
