The Toronto Catholic District School Board (the Owner) is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) to identify and prequalify Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) subcontractors to be proposed by General Contractors (GCs) in Request for Tender (RFT) process for the construction of two (2) New Elementary Schools (GCs are prequalified through RFSQ-004-21 and RFSQ-002-24). Through this RFSQ, the Owner intends to establish a list of prequalified M&E subcontractors for General Contractors participating in Stage 2 - Request for Tender (RFT). M&E subcontractors shall submit directly under this Stage 1 RFSQ. General Contractors are not Respondents under this RFSQ. At Stage 2, each eligible General Contractor must identify in its tender the applicable mechanical subcontractor and electrical subcontractor from the Board's final list of prequalified subcontractors as selected from this RFSQ process.
