Work includes selective demolition and construction of partition walls for 5 new offices and 5 new phone rooms; patching/paint of existing surfaces and paint of new surfaces; replacement of select carpet tiles, rubber base and modification to acoustical ceilings in areas impacted by scope of work; and modifications to existing mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and fire detection/suppression systems. Location- PUBLIC SERVICES BUILDING 155 N 1ST AVE, SUITE 350 HILLSBORO, OR 97124 BID ALTERNATES provide and install new acoustic ceiling tiles (armstrong/ultima/beveled tegular edges/white) within all phone rooms and offices constructed as part of this scope of work and office 354. this does not include tiles affected by construction that are outside of these rooms or the 200 square foot allowance from note 8/a-310 & a-320. those will still match the suite standard. provide and install an additional layer of gypsum board on the new walls dividing the phone rooms and offices constructed as part of this scope of work. provide a layer of mlv between the two layers of gypsum board. do not include the north wall of phone 381, the south walls of offices 355, 356 or 357 or the new walls at office 364.
