Site work, paving and renovation of a golf course in Anoka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
The work includes tree clearing, golf course green, tee, fairway & bunker construction; pond construction, drainage, cart path paving, irrigation, grassing and installation of a new pump station . This project includes two separate contracts. The work included in Phase 1a will be included in one contract and Phase's 1b, 2, and 3 will be included in a separate contract. The construction time for each phase is as follows: Phase 1a (winter 2026) : Pond construction, rough grading of two golf holes and wet well installation. Phase 1b (spring/summer 2027): Finish construction of two new holes and new pump station installation. Phase 2: (fall 2027 & spring 2028): rebuild bunkers & tees; cart path paving. Phase 3: (summer 2028): Construct new driving range, putting and chipping greens and rebuild two greens.
