Renovation of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction of a temporary gymnasium. Temporary Gymnasium (Sprung Structure) at École secondaire catholique Saint-Jean-Baptiste, located at 96 Empress Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario. Work is inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment and services required for the demolition of existing site features, site preparation, structural foundation to support Sprung Structure, erection of the Owner-procured Sprung Structure, and associated architectural, structural, civil, masonry, mechanical and electrical work for a complete temporary gymnasium. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary Full Occupancy Permits and Substantial Performance for the Work under the contract by November 13th, 2026.
