Demolition, site work, paving and environmental remediation for a municipal facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for environmental remediation for a municipal facility.
Decommissioning and removal of Convault diesel aboveground storage tank, associated piping, pumps, controls, dispensers, and accessories. Work includes modifying and relocating gasoline tank piping, removing tank foundation, site restoration with asphalt paving and drainage, testing/recommissioning gasoline systems, and repairing wall/floor penetrations. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The Bidder shall confirm attendance to the Site tour and indicate the names of the Bidder's representative(s) via email to the Contract Administrator by Monday, August 24, 2026. Should the Bidder fail to confirm attendance by Monday, August 24, 2026, the TTC cannot guarantee access to participate in the Site tour. Due to safety concerns the TTC may limit the number of Bidder's representatives to two (2) per Bidder. Question Deadline 09/10/2026 TTC shall attempt to respond to all requests for information received no less than five Business Days prior to the Closing. All inquiries or requests for information during the RFB and Bid evaluation stages until execution of Contract must be in writing online.
