Site work for a mixed-use development in Concord, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and road / highway.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and services necessary to implement a park-wide sign update and replacement program as part of the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) Legacy Restoration Fund and the Freedom 250 commemoration. Work includes the fabrication and installation of park roadway, pathfinder, directional, informational, regulatory, and accessibility signs throughout the approximately 1,000-acre park. The requirement also includes the demolition and removal of select existing signs, in accordance with the attached scope of work and specifications.
