Description

Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a medical facility in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for asbestos abatement for a medical facility; and for the renovation of a five-story above grade medical facility.

Hazardous material abatement and renovation of floors 3, 4, and 5, including carpet and resilient flooring installation. All Bids shall remain firm and effective for forty-five (45) days from date of opening thereof. Attention of bidders is called to the requirement of minimum wage rate to be paid under these contracts, see specifications. Notice of Affirmative Action required. Percent of goal participation is 18% MBE and 12% WBE, 6% SDVOB with 8% Minority and Woman workforce goals. Contractor Utilization plans shall be submitted with the bids.
