Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of September 04, 2026 no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. Woodland Hills School District (the "District") invites qualified low-voltage and security-system contractors to submit sealed proposals for the installation of structured cabling infrastructure and district-furnished IP surveillance cameras at Woodland Hills High School, Edgewood STEAM Academy, and Dickson Preparatory STEAM Academy. The work includes all labor, supervision, pathways, Category 6 cabling, terminations, labeling, testing, mounting accessories, supports, firestopping, incidental materials, and closeout documentation necessary for a complete and operational installation. The District will furnish Verkada CD42 interior cameras and Verkada CD52-E exterior cameras. The Contractor shall physically install, connect, adopt, and program each camera in Verkada Command, coordinating final network settings and acceptance with District Technology staff. Except where expressly identified as district-furnished, the Contractor shall furnish all other materials, equipment, consumables, lifts, tools, and accessories required for a complete installation.
