Demolition and removal of a structure, overgrowth, structural debris, structure contents, improvements, and any junk on the property listed above. Underbrush, overgrowth, and all debris must be removed from the property. All trees, except for those that are dead, shall remain. 4. Property shall be graded to final grade, using a box blade. The ground where the buildings are removed will be leveled, and if on a grade, sodded. Any fuel tanks found must be pumped, disconnected, crushed, and backfilled or pumped and completely removed from the property according to Chapter 62-761 of the Florida Administrative Code.
