Scope of Work: Micro-processor controller Closed-Loop Door Operator with necessary eccentrics 2019-Code, Enhanced Emergency Communication (EEC) System shall be open-source equipment and accessible by Owner-Operated Departments I Phone and data lines will be provided by Owner; monitoring will be conducted by Owner I Two-Way Voice & Visual Text Communication shall be Rath / Avire (Smart View 2) Twin Post Jack Packing Replacement I Hydraulic Fluid as required to maintain current system requirements New Fixtures (to include Car Operating Panel, Hall Stations and Car Riding Lantern) New Traveling Cable and System Wiring Cleaning and Painting of Machine Room and Pit Upgrade the building mechanical, electrical, and HVAC, as needed, to comply with the 2019 code for elevator modernization 1-year Warranty and Full Maintenance Service with regular time callbacks. Full Maintenance Service will be performed once per month for one ( 1 ) year. Maintenance will be based on industry standards . Included in price. All related permits to be pulled by contractor All drawings, prints and wiring diagrams shall be provided to Owner before final acceptance Optional: Submersible Power Unit and New Hydraulic Fluid (to replace the hydraulic motor unit and fluid.)
