The Bluegrass CTC Construct Prison Education Program - Early Site and Building Demolition will consist of structural demolition of the existing Hospital at Northpoint Training Center in Danville, Kentucky. The project involves the systematic deconstruction of an existing seven-story, 119,824 GSF concrete and masonry structure featuring a partial height basement that extends underneath the primary north-south footprint, which is approximately 21,500 GSF.
