Sealed bids are invited by the Board of Education of School District No. 23 (Central Okanagan), henceforth referred to as SD23, for the construction of Burtch Road Middle School Geoexchange package located at 1555 Burtch Road, Kelowna, BC. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca interpretation of the Contract Documents, any other relief with respect to the terms of the Contract Documents or any other claim for loss, damage, cost or expense arising from or in any way related to the Project, unless the Contractor provides a notice in writing of the claim to the Owner and the Consultant within Ten (10) Working Days after occurrence of the event giving rise to such claim or Ten (10) Working Days after the Contractor first recognized, or ought reasonably to have recognized, the conditions giving rise to the claim, whichever is later.
