Renovation of a military facility in Amboy, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to remove and dispose of the existing failed HVAC system and furnish and install a complete replacement single-phase heat pump system. Work includes removal of the existing unit from the site, installation of new HVAC equipment, completion of all required electrical connections by a licensed electrician, system testing, and commissioning to ensure proper operation. All work shall comply with applicable OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and ASHRAE requirements. The replacement heat pump system must operate efficiently in sustained winter temperatures below 25F and shall not rely solely on emergency or electric strip heat to achieve operation at those temperatures. The contractor shall provide new units and complete all necessary electrical work to make the system fully functional. Location: Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument Ranger District Office, Amboy, WA.
